From July 1, employees will also be able to return to normal gauges in canteens and remove their masks under certain conditions.

The days of “

100%

teleworking are

well and truly over.

A new corporate health protocol will come into force on July 1.

If since June 9, companies have regained control over the choice of their telework pace within the framework of social dialogue, new recommendations were issued on Tuesday by the Ministry of Labor.

The new health protocol will therefore not impose a minimum number of days to be carried out by telework, but as an indication it recommends the rhythm of two days of telework and three days at the office per week, from July 1. "

We give this recommendation, we encourage the private sector to follow it

", indicates the Ministry of Labor in

Figaro.

"

In view of the health context, we ask to maintain a little telework to avoid the spread of the virus

", we continue.

Public officials had moved to two days on site per week since June 9.

As of September 1, "

if the health situation permits

", the ministry is planning a "

return to the common law regime

" with the application of a new framework agreement relating to teleworking which has not yet been signed with trade unions.

No more gauges in company canteens

The return to the office is also accompanied by changes in sanitary rules in company canteens. Like bars and restaurants, the 50% capacity bar has been completely lifted. The lunch times must however be adapted: "

with staggered schedules to reduce the number of guests present simultaneously

", highlights the protocol.

As with restaurants, the limit of six diners per table is coming to an end.

Large tables between colleagues can again take place.

But the health protocol specifies all the same that "

the installation, as far as possible, of baskets to take away and to consume at the workstation must be privileged

".

For pots, the updated protocol no longer calls for them to have no more than 25 people, but still recommends that they be held in outdoor spaces.

With regard to the mask, the rule of compulsory wearing in business is maintained.

One exception is accepted: it can be removed when the employee is two meters away from his colleagues.

To facilitate the vaccination of employees, the protocol also extends the possibilities for employees to be absent to be vaccinated. Until then, the employee had to go through occupational medicine to be excused for his absence, this is no longer the case. "

Employers are expected, in view of public health imperatives, that they allow their employees to be absent during working hours, to facilitate their access to vaccination

", specifies the new health protocol.
