Democratic President Joe Biden has set a target of 30 GW of offshore wind turbines installed by 2030. The United States does not yet have a developed infrastructure to carry out these projects.

The Democratic Administration therefore plans to invest $ 12 billion per year in new factories and boats for installation and maintenance.
