Tourism presents the site of the tourist complex project with the expansion of Dummar for investment

The Ministry of Tourism has put forward the site of the Tourist Complex Project No. 1 in the new Dummar al-Sham expansion area in Damascus Governorate, which is owned by the housing cooperative assembly of professional syndicates for investment.

The Director of Projects in the Ministry, Engineer Dareen Muhammad, explained that the aim of its proposal is to commend an integrated tourist complex in the form of a “BOT” contract, and its implementation period is 59 months from the date of handing over the site and investing it for a period of 45 years.

Mohammed indicated that the project extends over an area of ​​97,000 square meters and includes the establishment of a 4-star hotel, three and four-star hotel apartments, restaurants, cafeterias, a business center, a commercial center with a sports club, gyms, entertainment, electronic games, children's games, cinema, an outdoor exhibition area, in addition to gardens and green spaces .

Mohammed indicated that all businessmen wishing to invest in tourism for the aforementioned site can submit their integrated offers for its investment according to the announcement that will be issued by the Ministry of Tourism.
