The strikers are calling for the withdrawal of an adaptation plan for employment contracts (PACT), which provides for a reduction or elimination of bonuses.

In case of refusal, employees risk dismissal.

After the failure of negotiations this week, the three representative unions of the group - CFE-CGC, CGT and Unsa - had maintained strike notices covering Friday and Saturday to demand the withdrawal of this PACT.

Management considers this plan necessary to achieve savings while the Covid-19 pandemic has plagued the group's activity.

On Friday, air traffic was normal at both airports, except for a few delayed flights at Roissy.

The day was marked by the arrest of several union officials in Orly in the morning during a demonstration of striking employees, before being released at the beginning of the afternoon.

A new negotiation meeting is scheduled for Monday morning, with management hoping that it can "

be conclusive on the basis of the proposals of all parties

". The CGT has already filed a new notice for next Friday.
