The strike movement of employees of the ADP group, manager of the Paris airports of Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly, had Saturday morning "

" on traffic, according to ADP.

In Roissy, where a rally was scheduled at 9:00 am at Terminal 2E, the demonstration was "
static and made up of very few demonstrators,
" the same source continued.
Another airport source, interviewed by AFP around 9:00 am, reported “
five protesters at this time
”.

The strikers are calling for the withdrawal of an adaptation plan for employment contracts (PACT), which provides for a reduction or elimination of bonuses.
In case of refusal, employees risk dismissal.
After the failure of negotiations this week, the three representative unions of the group - CFE-CGC, CGT and Unsa - had maintained strike notices covering Friday and Saturday to demand the withdrawal of this PACT.
Management considers this plan necessary to achieve savings while the Covid-19 pandemic has plagued the group's activity.

On Friday, air traffic was normal at both airports, except for a few delayed flights at Roissy.
The day was marked by the arrest of several union officials in Orly in the morning during a demonstration of striking employees, before being released at the beginning of the afternoon.
A new negotiation meeting is scheduled for Monday morning, with management hoping that it can "
be conclusive on the basis of the proposals of all parties
". The CGT has already filed a new notice for next Friday.
