The Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat of the Nation
reopened the registration so that families
from all over the country who
receive a minimum wage
can access a mortgage loan through the Own Home Credits line and start building their homes.
This new segment, presented on Wednesday, will contemplate those who
receive a Minimum Vital and Mobile Salary,
and those who are beneficiaries or beneficiaries
will be able to build homes on their own lot, with a credit amount of up to $ 4.3 million and a maximum term 30-year return

Regarding this new instance of inscriptions, Minister Jorge Ferraresi pointed out that

Own Home Requirements
It will not require prior savings
and those who meet the requirements detailed in the bases and conditions that are available on the program's website will be able to enroll.
On the other hand, Ferraresi, together with the Secretary of Territorial Development, Luciano Scatolini,
provided mortgage loans for the construction of the Own Home Credits line in Arrecifes, Colón, Baradero and San Pedro.
Through a videoconference, the minister met some of the winners of these credits drawn in May, to whom he explained that

Do not register unfavorable financial records in the last 9 months.

Register 12 months of seniority in the activity (employees and independent).
Land will not be accepted that:
are in gated or private neighborhoods, that their appraisal exceeds $ 3,500,000,
or that are not owned by the applicants (except direct relatives).
The land must be deeded before 8/31/2021, unless the land comes from a public body.
It will only be possible to build the Model Homes of the Program (with the exception of those who build at the back or above their parents' house).
The construction must be destined to a single, family and permanent occupancy dwelling
and must not exceed 60 m2 of surface.
Land owned by the parents or children of any of the applicants will be accepted, as long as a house is already built on it.
Co-ownership
Participants may include only one co-owner, to whom they must be linked by any of the following links: marriage, in this case, the spouse will be considered co-owner automatically.
Coexistence union.
De facto union, provided that the addresses declared by the owner and joint owner coincide.
