Its turnover jumped 20.7% in the first half, to more than 15 billion euros, and it is 6.6% higher than its level of 2019. Nicolas Hieronimus, who succeeded Jean at the beginning of May -Paul Agon at the general management of the group, is optimistic for the rest of the year.

The global cosmetics market is picking up again (+ 11% in the first half of the year), even if it remains slightly below 2019. L'Oréal has started again with a vengeance, growing twice as fast as the market.
