Damascus-SANA
The Syrian Post Corporation announced the start of paying compensation for the demobilized soldiers on 1-6-2021, starting next Tuesday, through its approved postal centers.
In a statement, which SANA received a copy of, the Foundation explained that the compensation service will be through the 80 approved postal centers in all governorates, and aims to save time and effort and reduce the burdens on the laid-off.
The Foundation indicated that the documents required to receive compensation include the presence of the person concerned with the ID card, and if it is not available, it is replaced by the issuance of a civil registration “that can be extracted from the Syrian Postal Corporation” in addition to the certificate of performing the military service, and in the absence of it, the military service book.
The centers begin to receive the demobilized, according to the institution’s statement, starting from eight in the morning during official working hours, with an emphasis on commitment to precautionary measures, spatial distancing and wearing a mask to prevent the Corona virus, noting that the service is available for several months to avoid overcrowding.
