of 48% by the end of the year, already a long way from the 29% reflected in the 2021 Budget

presented to Congress, recently some unions have managed to reopen their parity and, in this way,

change the configuration of the ranking of winners and losers.

Who heads the list:


Wine industry: 57%

The Federation of Vitivinicultural and Related Workers and Employees (FOEVA)

closed a 57% salary increase for operators of wineries and vineyards

.

The agreement establishes an update until February 2022 of 47% remunerative and 10% in non-remunerative concepts, to be paid in installments.

In addition, an extraordinary bonus of $ 8,000 to be collected in December and a monthly adjustment of $ 400 for the employees of the wineries and of $ 350 for the workers of the vineyards in the contributions of the social works.

Neuquén State (ATE): 53.09%

They closed an agreement of 53.09% for 2021 and a recomposition of 15% first that closes the parity 2020.

The increase will be paid 10% in May, 5% in July, 5% in September, 5% in November and 8, 12% in December.

The provincial government also proposed a non-remunerative sum of $ 3,500 that was paid in February and that runs until August for net salaries below $ 55,000.

Professional divers: 53%

ANSeS workers: 45.5%

Joint Health: 45%

The Health Union and the private providers reached

Joint Banking Association (AB): 45%

The banks were the first to achieve the reopening

of the sectoral parity, which had been signed last February.

Truckers parity: 45%

The truckers union closed the parity

with an increase of 45% in three sections and a revision clause in February 2022
