In response to these workers, the Histadrut, in collaboration with the Working and Learning Youth Federation, opened a first-of-its-kind social enterprise called the Apostles' Club.

The club, which opened at the end of July at 107 Ibn Gvirol Street in Tel Aviv, is currently underway, and operates five days a week for emissaries and emissaries from all companies, including Ten Biss, Walt, Mishlucha, Rest, Get Delivery and others.

The club serves as a refreshment station for employees in the errand industry and offers its visitors a variety of rest and leisure facilities. Along with the option to stop and rest in an air-conditioned place between delivery, the couriers and couriers can use the kitchenette to eat or drink a glass of water, make themselves hot drinks, recharge their cell phone and bike batteries, play backgammon or console connected to the TV and use the bathroom. A bicycle repair stand will also be placed next to the club, which will allow independent repairs to all types of bicycles.

In addition, the place will serve as an information station that will provide each courier with an answer and advice on issues related to their rights at work. Although some of the emissaries are not yet affiliated with the Histadrut, the club is open to all emissaries and provides relevant support to every employee employed in the industry.

"The idea to open the Apostles' Club was born while we were accompanying the association of Tan Biss employees," says club coordinator Meidan Fishman. "This is a basic need that has arisen in many conversations with the apostles, some of whom describe a difficult reality."

The club's coordinator, Shir Dvir, explained: "The club is also a meeting place for people who work together in the same workplace and often do not know each other. It is a place where we let them bring themselves, offer ideas, ask questions about what they deserve, understand "More about the pay slip or their receipt and most importantly rest and recharge for the rest of the work day.

We invite all missionaries and emissaries, from all companies, unionized and unincorporated, to drop by to visit us and get to know the place."

The Apostles Club (Ibn Gvirol 107, Tel Aviv) is open Sunday-Thursday, between the hours of 13:00 - 18:00. Already now, and in light of the demand,The possibility of opening the club overtime and expanding the venture to new points in the future is being examined.
