The Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) gave the final expiration dates of the Income, Personal Property and Cedular taxes for human persons and undivided inheritance that correspond to the fiscal period 2020.
Thus a new extension is ruled out.
The latter despite the claims of the accountants who asked to postpone it until the end of August due to the difficulties in uploading the data on the collecting entity's website.
From this Tuesday until next Friday,
the Affidavits can be presented and payments made, according to the termination of CUIT.
The date arrived
, after two previous extensions and despite the insistent request of the accountants
to make another extension until the end of August.
The latest general resolution 5019/2021, published in the BO on June 29, determined the current date.
The first advance of Earnings and Personal Assets for the 2021 fiscal period, also stretched,
will be from August 24 to 26

"The due dates of the affidavits and payment were extended on two occasions with the aim of facilitating compliance and giving more time to taxpayers and professionals so that they can comply with their obligations," the Treasury said in a statement.
From today until Friday, the deadlines for the presentation of affidavits
and for making the payments corresponding to Personal Assets corresponding to the 2020 fiscal period expire:

ending in 0, 1, 2 and 3
, must complete the presentation this

Meanwhile, for the payment of the first advance payment of Earnings and Personal Assets corresponding to the fiscal period 2021, the dates are:

And those concluded on
7, 8 and 9,
the presentation will be until
the 26th of this month

Until August 31
, there will also be time for the presentation of the
informative affidavits of the Income and Personal Assets tax
, as provided in General Resolution 5008/2021.
Complaints and claims from accountants
Last Friday and this Monday,
the Buenos Aires accountants raised complaints to the AFIP for the difficulties they face when uploading data on their website
and in the agency's applications.
Through a detailed report, they explained the complications detected and again demanded an extension in the presentations.
The applications in which difficulties are detected are: Monotributistas and Self-Employed Current Account (CCMA), My Facilities, Online Receipts, and Human Human Earnings - Integrated Portal and Personal Assets web, as described in their report.
The note was also posted on the website of the Professional Council of Economic Sciences.
Accountants: complaint letter to AFIP
"This situation raises concern among those who must comply with these obligations,
taking into account that the deadlines for the presentation of the DDJJ of Profits and Personal Assets are very close; as well as the recategorization of the Monotax," says one of the letters.
The extension requested for the presentation and payment of the Income and Personal Property tax was for next August 31
.
In a letter signed by Sonia Becherman and Susana Giménez, president and secretary of the CPCE respectively, it was argued that "
professionals are going through severe restrictions to operate on said platform, due, among other factors, to the impossibility of access,
connection cuts, intermittent operation and various difficulties in obtaining the data of the services in the different applications of the web ".
"We need more business days for the presentation of the DDJJ, since we have been dealing with many inconveniences on the AFIP website that delay our work.
It is inconceivable that we have to work weekends or during the early morning to arrive with due dates due to the ineffectiveness of the systems ", they had indicated on Friday in their proposal from the Buenos Aires headquarters of the Buenos Aires Professional Council of Economic Sciences.
