The Minister also reaffirmed the government's commitment, "

".
The period between today and August 30 should in particular make it possible to assess the loss in turnover of professionals.
"
On August 30, we said with Bruno Le Maire that we were going to receive all the professionals to take stock with them and take the necessary decisions to support them",
confirms Alain Griset.
In the meantime,
"for all restaurateurs, the success of the past means that you can exercise your profession"
defends the minister.
