The Ministry of Tourism relaunched this Friday the
Pre-Trip
program
that through the advance purchase of vacation packages grants a refund of
50% of the amount spent on credit
to be used in local destinations.
According to
Resolution 305/2021
, published in the Official Gazette, the benefit is for those who contract services from August 12 to December 31 and that can be used from November 1, 2021 and throughout the summer of 2022.
The annex to the regulations establishes that the Pre-Travel National Tourism Services Pre-Sale Incentive Program "is aimed at
promoting and enhancing the demand
for national tourism and consists of the recognition of a credit by the National State in favor of of human persons, equivalent to 50% of the amount of each transaction for the purchase of tourist services that they carry out ".
According to the norm, advance hiring made from August 12 to August 31, 2021, which includes purchases from
legally authorized
and duly invoiced
tourist providers
for detailed services, must be provided within the national territory and used from November 1st.
While pre-sales made during September will be used from December 1, while operations completed in October will be used from January 1, 2022 and those made between November 1 to December 31 will be left for February.
The vouchers accepted for the accreditation of advance purchases will be
invoices and / or receipts type "B" and "C"
, issued electronically, with Electronic Authorization Code (CAE) and in Argentine pesos.
Regarding purchases of air tickets or long-distance buses made directly to the service provider, it was established that they must be accredited by means of their corresponding
legally issued
travel ticket
, together with invoices and / or receipts type "B" or "C", issued in electronic form.
The minimum amount that must be credited for one or more advance purchases to access the benefit is $ 10,000, as provided by the Ministry of Tourism.

While the program does not include purchases of services to be provided totally or partially
outside the national territory
, purchases of wholesale services such as those made under the modality "payment at destination", the temporary rental of houses and / or apartments and / or rooms for domestic use and purchases made through tourist providers that are not registered.
Advance hires that are rescheduled and / or altered in their conditions will continue to be met by this program, as long as they maintain the requirements established in the regulations.
The beneficiaries of the plan will receive
a credit coupon
equivalent to 50% of the total amount credited for advance purchases, which they will be able to use only for the acquisition of tourist services provided within the national territory.
The maximum amount of credit that a beneficiary may receive is
$ 100,000

The credit coupons granted must be used in the activities and items that are part of the Argentine tourist chain:

Hotels, inns, cabins, bungalows, apart and similar residential, except by the hour, which include or not a restaurant.

Camping and / or mountain shelters.
* Travel agencies

Travel and tourism companies.
Tourism agencies and ticket agencies.
* Transportation
.
Long-distance coastal and land commercial air transport.
* Excursions

Lacustrine, fluvial and maritime.
Special train transfers for tourist purposes.
Automotive passenger transport for tourism.

Bicycles, motorcycles, ski equipment, kayaks or other items related to tourism.
Rental of ground transportation equipment without operation or crew.
* Tourist centers

Ski and sport fishing centers.
Thermal tourism centers and / or similar, adventure tourism, ecotourism or similar.
Other activity centers related to tourism.

* Tourist attractions

Botanical gardens, zoos and National Parks.
Museums and preservation of historical places and buildings.
Wineries.
* Professional tourist services
.
Professional services of graduates, technicians and tourist guides.
Instructors of a sport linked to tourist activity, permanent and / or seasonal.

The credit coupons will be available for use from the month of provision of the contracted service and
until December 31, 2022

They can be used throughout the country.
This benefit will be credited and used through the preloaded payment card (TTNE) in its physical or electronic form, at the choice of the beneficiary.
The virtual TTNE will be used through the
Banco Nación
electronic wallet
.
The reimbursement of 50% of the total expense may be requested through the website
