In the world of technology there is a Eureka moment when that idea appears that becomes the foundation of a future company.
But for Martín Lambertucci and María Eugenia Rivero there was a Quini 6 moment. Yes, they won it and it allowed them to
leave their native General Madariaga,
finish their university degrees, go through various trades until they decided to redouble their bet when Martín quit his job at Telefónica and launched into
cyber security.
The creation of Insside dates back to 2007 and since then and until now it is a specialty that
Israelis dominate
in the world
.
In a few years they opened subsidiaries in Brazil, Spain and Chile, they are in other 15 countries with their services and they still feel like a David in front of Goliath.
At first Martín, a computer graduate, undertook alone while María Eugenia was working as a psychologist.
Shortly after starting he realized he needed a partner.
"I turned around and found my partner at home,
" he says.
The strategy involves adopting
different international quality certifications in the services
they provide in a segment that was strengthened by the pandemic, like never before.
It is that along with the digitization of operations, the growth of fraud of all kinds
reached exorbitant levels
and cybersecurity became a real mine.
Aerolineas, Alsea, McDonald's, Carrefour, Claro, Red Link, Puente, Telecom, Osde, Direct TV, Credicoop, are some of its clients.
The very essence of this specialty is to protect information so that it cannot be modified, such as the balance of a checking account.
They divide the type of information into three levels: that which is for public use, that for internal use and that for confidential use by decision-makers.
They
act on all those levels.
They invented
their own hacker-proof developments
in a team of 60 professionals who are constantly investigating the complex universe of data protection and management.
When asked where they are going, the answer is unanimous: "It's a tough road but we want to
ring the bell in New York and be the next unicorn."
