The price of a gram of 21 karat gold in the local market today increased by 1000 Syrian pounds from yesterday.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craft Society for Crafting and Making Jewelery in Damascus today, a gram of 21 carat gold recorded a selling price of 167 thousand Syrian pounds and a purchase price of 166,500 pounds, while a gram of 18 karat selling price reached 143143 pounds and a purchase price of 142643 pounds.
The association asked craftsmen to abide by the price issued by it, calling on citizens wishing to purchase gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by the association and distributed phone numbers for complaints 0991937718-2248005.
