A fierce competition is currently taking place in Paris and in the largest cities of France, behind the windows of "dark stores", these stores dedicated to the preparation of orders placed on the Internet. In recent months, France has become the battleground for start-ups that deliver groceries in less than 10 or 15 minutes. The pioneers who have been offering their services since the spring - the French Cajoo, the British Dija or the Germans Flink and Gorillas - recently came to compete with the Turkish Getir and the Russian Yango Deli. No less than eight players in total, if we add to this already long list the food delivery specialist Frichti, who also started to deliver express groceries, or the French Kol, who delivered first mostly alcohol.
