Becomes the new majority owner of the "Four Seasons" hotel chain: Bill Gates

The investment company of the former Microsoft boss Bill Gates Cascade Investment wants to take over the majority in the luxury hotel chain "Four Seasons".
The hotel chain announced.
So far, Cascade Investment already owned almost half of the shares, with the takeover it should be 71.25 percent.
The investment firm of the Kingdom Holding Company of Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal will buy the new shares for the equivalent of 2.21 billion US dollars.
The luxury hotel chain is valued at a total of ten billion US dollars.
According to the business magazine "Forbes", Bill Gates is the fourth richest person in the world with a fortune of nearly 133 billion US dollars.
