Spanish Desigual switches to the four-day week

This is clearly the intention of management and a large majority of headquarters employees who, consulted by internal vote last Thursday, voted 86% in favor of a four-day week.

The approximately 500 office workers now have their Friday, in addition to Saturday and Sunday.

A 13% drop in working time, from 39 and a half hours a week to 34 and a half hours, along with a 6.5% drop in wages.

Of the four days remaining to work, one will be carried out by teleworking.
