A page turns for Showroomprivé.
Thierry Petit, the co-founder of number two in online destocking, announces that he will leave his operational functions on December 31.
Appointed vice-chairman of the board of directors, he will also remain a shareholder, up to 17% of the listed company, David Dayan the other co-founder, holding 26% of the capital, and Carrefour nearly 9%.
“Fifteen years after the creation of Showroomprivé, I take a step back to lead personal projects.
It is the right moment: the company became profitable again last year and the EMP of 35 million euros was repaid before the summer, ”
explains Thierry Petit.
