The start of the All Saints holidays this weekend will be marred by an SNCF strike.
This social movement only concerns TGVs traveling on the Atlantic axis.
But it will penalize many travelers: in particular those leaving for Brittany (Paris-Rennes, Paris-Nantes) and towards the South-West (Paris-Bordeaux).
And also passengers who take these lines at high speed, but can go further: for example to Vannes, via Rennes, or to Dax, via Bordeaux.
Saturday and Sunday, only two TGVs out of three will run and nine out of ten this Friday.

The transport offer will be reduced this weekend on the TGV inOui and Ouigo from and to Brittany, Pays de la Loire, Center-Val de Loire, New Aquitaine and Occitanie,
" said SNCF .
This strike, which nobody had seen coming, is the subject of a notice filed this Thursday by the CGT-railway workers, SUD-rail and the CFDT-railway workers.
The reason: "
There is a lack of staff on this axis
," says Thomas Cavel, secretary general of the CFDT-cheminots.
Suddenly, agents are refused to take their days off.
And the days are getting longer.
"
Poor consolations
SNCF contacts all passengers whose train is canceled.
At best, it will offer them to reschedule them on another train the same day.
"But there are not many places, because it is a weekend of great departures",
recognizes the SNCF.
Otherwise, the group will offer the customer a refund or change their ticket to move to another date.
A poor consolation when you plan to go on vacation.
But, Thursday, the SNCF recognized that there were no hopes of unblocking the situation before this weekend:
"Social negotiations were conducted and, despite the advances made by the direction of the TGV Atlantique axis , they could not find a favorable outcome at this stage ”,
underlined the public company.
