Kitchens with a storefront dedicated to delivery and also, from this Tuesday, to click & collect and take-out. SmartKitchen, a start-up launched in December 2020 by Sushi Shop alumni, is innovating in the rapidly developing world of take-out catering.
“We select restaurateurs and develop their delivery activity as a franchisee,”
explains Adrien de Schompré, president and co-founder.
We have our kitchens - capable of accommodating ten to fifteen production spaces - and our teams, each dedicated to operating a brand. ”
Within a radius of 2-3 kilometers, delivery is provided by specialized platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, etc.).
