Sodexo is looking for a partner for its “benefits and rewards” division (meal vouchers, gift vouchers).
The giant of corporate canteens does not intend to sell it or to introduce it on the stock market or to entrust its management.

Sodexo: big stir in sight at the giant of collective catering
Sodexo will remain the majority shareholder in this activity.
But it needs external skills to catch up in a rapidly changing market.
Edenred's diversification is an illustration of this, as is the rise of the start-up Swile, valued at more than $ 1 billion, thanks to a 100% digital offer.
The “benefits and rewards” division (which also offers fuel cards, incentive programs and sports passes) only represented 4.3% of Sodexo's sales during the year.
