Retirement, mandatory snow tires, increase in the price of tobacco ... What changes on November 1

The revaluation of retirement, the time of the audiovisual license or the end of certain reports on Waze: the novelties to have in mind for this change of month.

takes stock of what is changing with the arrival of this new month:

Revaluation of pensions by 1%

The amount of Agirc and Arrco supplementary pensions is revalued to

1%

from November 1, 2021. This revaluation concerns former private sector employees who benefit from an annual supplementary pension amount which is added to the basic social security scheme. .

The annual amount of the supplementary pension is calculated by multiplying the number of points acquired during the career, by the value of the point.

The service value of the Agirc-Arrco point is indexed to the evolution of consumer prices excluding tobacco and rose this year to € 1.2841 against € 1.2714 in 2019 and 2020. This increase, lower than expected, concerns the approximately 13 million private retirees.

The increase in gas prices postponed

End of the extension of terraces in Paris
