This may be a detail for you, but for me it means a lot! This week, La Banque Postale announced its plan to launch an offer on CNP Assurances, in which it holds 61% of the capital. The company will become a subsidiary of the only Post Office, which buys the last shares held by the BPCE banking group. This is the umpteenth operation to rectify borders within the public financial center. And when it comes to CNP, it may be the last.
