Engie has chosen to sell Equans, the entity bringing together the technical services activities of the energy giant, to Bouygues for 7.1 billion euros.
The “
best offer
” according to Engie's CEO, Catherine MacGregor, who received three “
high quality
” offers (Bouygues, Eiffage and the American fund Bain Capital).
