The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection has set the selling price of diesel and octane 90 gasoline, distributed outside the allocations and through the electronic card for mechanisms and vehicles, at 1,700 Syrian pounds per liter of diesel and 2500 pounds per liter of gasoline, and in the amount of 40 liters per month for both materials.
In a decision, which SANA received a copy of, the ministry indicated that work will continue at the prices set for the sale of octane 95 and octane 90 gasoline, in the previously specified quantity, and the selling prices of diesel distributed through the electronic card.
The ministry pointed out that vehicles for transporting people and goods, motorcycles, tractors, and agricultural equipment of all kinds that operate on gasoline and diesel are excluded from the decision.
The decision is effective from the date of Saturday 11-13-2021.
