Will those who may be tempted to move to the civilian market because of a few thousand shekels a month, leave their places of residence (usually in the center) and move to the Negev, which is currently at a low point in terms of its image - especially when it comes to the personal security of its residents?
It is not clear, to say the least, even if one wants to pay homage to the courage of the Israeli intelligence community.
