LE FIGARO: What does ANDRH recommend in the face of this fifth wave?

Audrey RICHARD.-

We have noticed a slackening in business lately.

Our responsibility as employer and HRD, to ensure the safety and health of our employees, is to firmly remind people to wear a mask and to respect barrier gestures.

We communicate internally, call on managers to explain the health measures to them.

We reaffirm that prevention topics are not an option, but an obligation.

Do you advocate a return to more teleworking?

This possibility has been mentioned, but we consider that it is not the solution.

Full-time teleworking affects everyone's work, organization, and psychological state.

It weakens the collective bond within the company, and it is precisely this collective bond that we have been reworking for several months.
