The boss of MEDEF justified himself by worrying about the disparities caused by teleworking within companies.
“Teleworking positions represent 20% of positions.

I see many companies, in particular industrial companies, who ask their administrative executives not to telework in order to create a feeling of equality between those posted on the chain and those who can telework
”, explained the director of MEDEF before concluding:
