MyPadda, an Indonesian bird to adopt

The start-up, which has already sold 2,500 birds, has just closed a first fundraising of 500,000 euros.


It is a 20 gram bird that fits in the palm of the hand, easily bonds with humans, is able to roam free in a small apartment, can be educated to be clean and comes when called upon.

The padda, an animal of Indonesian origin, very present in Japanese homes as a pet, is the raison d'être of MyPadda, a start-up in the Ile-de-France region.

MyPadda also markets its “bubble” (its habitat), its play area, as well as accessories and bird food.
