Tokyo, SANA- Oil prices rose today, in compensation for some losses, after falling last Friday, about ten dollars


Oil prices rose today in compensation for some losses after falling last Friday about ten dollars a barrel, with the focus on the spread of the Omicron strain and the Iran talks.

Reuters reported that Brent crude futures rose $3.05, or 4.2 percent, to $75.77 a barrel.

US West Texas Intermediate crude rose $3.27, or 4.8 percent, to $71.42 a barrel, after falling $10.24 in the previous session.
