Many mourned Lifit after her death. Opposition leader and former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said: "My wife Sarah and I have heard with deep sorrow about the untimely death of our friend C. Yafit. We have known her and loved her for decades. Yafit was imbued with a deep love for Israel. She had wisdom and sharpness that were always combined with human warmth. With her own hands she built her successful business and her name went before her as a decent and credible marketing authority. She was a wonderful mother to her son Eyal and a loving wife to my son. We send them and their entire family our condolences that come from the depths of our hearts. "
Netanya Mayor Miriam Feierberg-Icher accompanied C.
Yafit for many years: "I lost you today, my true friend, you were my family member, I loved and admired you so much. Bnei Akiva. Yafit, you were an example that the sky is not the limit, you were hardworking, active, opinionated and talented, with both hands you established a real life enterprise.
" That only I will come to visit you.
The fact that you surrounded yourself with so many friends, that you loved them all, you no longer had the strength to continue hosting as you have done all your life.
Your last words were 'in spite of everything - will be good' - you wanted to strengthen everyone.
I am sure that in heaven they will receive you with the same huge love that you gave to everyone who knew you. "
