Iranian Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade, Seyed Reza Fatemi Amin, said that Iranian companies are ready to provide assistance in re-launching the suspended factories in Syria and establishing joint industries.
In a statement to reporters after his visit to a number of factories in the industrial city of Adra today, Fatemi Amin said that the aim of his visit to Syria is to develop economic relations between the two countries and to search for the possibilities of their support to restore the brilliance of the Syrian industry and restore the position it lost as a result of the terrorist war against it, especially the textile industry.
The Iranian minister and the accompanying delegation started a visit to Syria last Sunday, which included several official meetings and the opening of the second Iranian products exhibition, and it ends today with the attendance of the Syrian investment opportunities forum.
The Iranian delegation participated in its visit to the industrial city, Deputy Minister of Local Administration and Environment Moataz Kattan and Chairman of the Syrian-Chinese Business Council Muhammad Hamsho.
