A new key player in the training market
It was in January 2015 that the mySkillFactory company was born. By wishing to combine their plural skills from their previous experiences, Juliette Brunelot and Thomas Desrosiers decided to create their structure together. The main ambition of this association is to set up internal digital training courses that are primarily educational and really useful for operational staff to boost performance. Their innovative and disruptive approach to this market did not take long to be finalized and deployed. These first steps were quickly rewarded by winning tenders for large groups.
The activity of mySkillFactory accelerated during the health crisis responding to the challenges of organizations during the crisis: the creation of fully digital internal training courses. In fact, the demands have increased tenfold. mySkillFactory has taken up the challenge thanks to a multidisciplinary team which has made it possible to meet the needs of customers in this very special period.
Each project being unique, it is necessary to find the right combination of formats, choose the right tools, and develop design skills internally in organizations. It is therefore the work of mySkillFactory which relies above all on proximity to its customers, its pragmatism, creativity and commitment and which enables it to respond effectively to the needs of its customers. Creating educational videos, virtual classes, e-learning modules or even supporting operational staff to produce them according to, is the fruitful daily life of mySkillFactory. This is how large groups such as TotalEnergies, Suez, Leroy Merlin and Thales very quickly wished to collaborate with society in a partnership approach, but not only. Indeed,many mid-sized companies and training organizations saw the value of their innovative approach.

After having created the company mySkillFactory in 2015, new projects were quickly put in place.
Indeed, a year later, in 2016, the first “Training Lab” was born in Paris where professionals came to create and learn alone or in groups.
Based on the DNA of each project, mySkillFactory is able to offer an à la carte program and support to each participant.
Supporting clients in building their idea, from the sketch to its implementation, is the objective of mySkillFactory consultants, while challenging the educational approach.

Innovation has not reached its limits, since the next mySkillFactory project will be launched at the beginning of 2022. Indeed, “myTrainingSkills” is the next proposal put in place for its customers: a self-help tool. evaluation which allows, alone or in a team, to take stock of their professional practices in terms of design, creation, animation, training in the digital age. Intended for in-house experts who must pass on their knowledge with pedagogy, as well as for more seasoned training professionals, this self-assessment is essential to take a step back from its practices and identify areas for developing skills. mySkillFactory is therefore an innovative and essential player in digital training for companies,especially since the health crisis where companies no longer ask the question of why, but rather how.
