By merging oui.sncf - formerly voyages-sncf.com, the merchant site - and The SNCF Assistant - the passenger information application - into a site and an application called SNCF Connect, it wants
"to be able to offer all the richness of the offer (...) and to give something simple to the customer ”,
described Anne Pruvot, general manager of e.Voyageurs SNCF.
450 million annual visits to oui.sncf
It also wants to be able to
"multiply"
its services and functionalities.
The oui.sncf site and application total 450 million visits per year and the SNCF Assistant application, downloaded 16 million times, responds on average to one million route searches each day, noted Anne Pruvot.
Oui.sncf currently has 11 million "active customers", who have purchased a ticket in the last twelve months, half having done so at least once in the 24 hours before departure.
The objective is to increase its turnover from 4.3 billion to 6.5 billion euros by 2025, noted Ms. Pruvot, who also wants to sell the know-how of the company to communities local.
