The Cooperative Agricultural Bank confirmed that it will sue any factory or workshop that tries to imitate fertilizer bags belonging to it and mislead citizens in this regard, indicating that the bank’s bags are stamped with a special letterhead that specifies the type of fertilizer, its weight, production dates and expiry dates.
In the statement, which came against the backdrop of the seizure of two factories yesterday for the production of chemical fertilizers in the industrial city of Hasya for violations of production and sale, the bank clarified that its bags also carry a number for the register in the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform and a number for the industrial register, indicating that the attempt to imitate bank bags by some factories and private workshops is a method Cheap and exposed, knowing that the bank monitors and monitors the types in the market.
The bank indicated that one of the two laboratories that were seized yesterday imitated the bank’s bags in terms of the type of font and the writings attached to them, calling on farmers to pay attention to the agricultural bank’s products because they are guaranteed and subject to all analyzes and quality tests before distributing them to the bank’s branches.
Yesterday, the Central Judicial Police at the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform closed two plants for the production of chemical fertilizers in the industrial city of Hassia, due to violations in production and sale before obtaining the license after organizing the necessary documents and referring them to the competent judiciary.
