Meet Ornier Three, a true business prodigy. What it means? Who is one of the brilliant people you will meet, one who reads people and situations with extraordinary sharpness and speed, and then translates his conclusions into a profit line.
Three, 37, is the owner of Ornier 2012 Ltd., which he founded about a decade ago. Today, beyond the company's success, he is also a partner in a number of ventures in which he has identified business potential. But make no mistake - Ornir is not a routine successful businessman and when he speaks His unique personality is noticeable.
He was born in Maalot-Tarshiha, in a simple home and already at a young age he realized that he had an undiagnosed attention deficit disorder, as he had difficulty sitting in class for more than 10 minutes in a row. This is what almost every adult he met on the road, except his mother, who hoped he would find himself some sort of tidy job, told him.
But Ornier thought bigger and realized he could too.
He says that he was assigned a flower tutor and together they built a pool table. He set the table in the neighborhood and charged each child a few shekels for a game. Then, when he moved to another neighborhood, where there was no grocery store, he called Strauss and bought popsicles and ice cream, When the company agent came to the door of his house and realized that it was a child, he refused to continue the deal, but Ornir found a solution, asked the school cafeteria owner to buy the ice creams for him and then bought from him, sold them on to the children and made his own.

The spirit of entrepreneurship and business thinking, then, stood out for him from an early age, as did the desire to succeed in life. With his father's support and after realizing that from school he would no longer be able to produce what he was looking for, Ornir retired from eighth grade and began working, day and night, in a variety of different roles. He recognized the work ethic and continued to work in parallel with his service in the IDF, which he insisted on
. When he decided to move on, he resigned, took out a loan and bought an old truck to open a moving company.
Today, three understand that it is important for him that others also succeed, like him, those that no one believed in and even they did not always believe in themselves.
When he recognizes potential in someone, he advises and tries to help and so does when he sees a person in distress.
He is emotionally involved with each client and turns worlds for the sake of success.
Now, from his position, he is also passing on his knowledge with the aim of helping many good people who come from similar backgrounds to his own.
Today he promotes others.

How does he do it? Using a method he developed. Three believe that everyone has a talent that can be connected to a market need and build a business model around it. Each such person can be accompanied by professionals who will lead him in an orderly financial plan, until success. The process begins with understanding the strengths and after that, confidence and self-esteem rise. He breaks down with his clients the fears and challenge of getting out of the comfort zone, and teaches them that failure is an integral part of success. He, too, failed several times along the way, until he built the successful company he has today. Each fall was an opportunity to learn something new and together with his clients, three builds a “mindset” of winners.
