Gold prices rose today in limited trading at the end of the year with the decline of the dollar.
And Reuters news agency reported that the price of gold in spot transactions rose 0.2 percent to 1806.12 dollars an ounce and increased by about 0.5 percent since the beginning of the week, in what may become the second weekly increase in a row.
And US gold futures rose 0.3 percent to $ 1807.10.
As for other precious metals, silver rose 0.4 percent to $22.87 an ounce, platinum rose 0.5 percent to $969.50, and palladium went down 1.5 percent to $1854.02.
