Even if some of the current government's reforms succeed in lowering the cost of living in Israel, the housing market appears to be due to its Achilles heel.
No one is talking about falling prices, and even the optimists among the proponents of the proposed plans assume that at least in the foreseeable future, 2022, even lowering the rise in prices, from a level of close to 11% to a level of 3-4% - will be considered a success.

In the Green Rubina project being built by the Yossi Avrahami Group and the Coral Company in Herzliya, a 4-room apartment was sold, with an area of 99 square meters with balconies and a hanging garden with a total area of 23 square meters on the second floor. The apartment was sold to an Israeli investor.
The Green Rubina project includes 48 units in 3 5-story boutique buildings. The mix of apartments is diverse: 3,4,5 rooms, garden apartments and penthouses.
