At least 2022 begins with good news for entrepreneurs.

The government sites allowing them to carry out their administrative procedures will be totally simplified.

Overview of the changes to come, in three stages.

As of January 1, in application of article 1 of the Pacte law of 2019, a new formalites.entreprises.gouv.fr site will first centralize all the formalities necessary to file company accounts, register them, modify them or close. Up to now, more than 70% of these procedures have been carried out via paper forms, in all more than fifty! Entrepreneurs and auto-entrepreneurs, who wanted a dematerialized service had to navigate through ten sites of six networks: registrars, Urssaf, trade chambers ...

The old devices will still remain active for a year and then be closed.

Thus, from January 1, 2023, all business leaders will be required to switch to the new single portal.

This centralization required an investment of around ten million euros, but in the end it will generate savings thanks to the closure of the physical networks and Internet sites which until now hosted the steps taken by the bosses.

One site for all declarations

Second simplification: at the beginning of February, entrepreneur.service-public.fr will open, a site placed under the responsibility of the Legal and Administrative Information Department in Matignon. It will centralize all public information intended for the four million creators and business leaders. In 2020, the professional section of the service-public.fr site, from which the new portal will be built, had attracted 38 million visits. This is a first version, which will be launched in early February. The site will then evolve throughout the year.

Finally, from mid-February, business leaders will be able to declare their income and pay their taxes and charges on a single site: portalpro.gouv.fr.

Within the same space, they will have access to the tax, Urssaf and Customs services.

A single dashboard will summarize, for each company, the deadlines of the three entities.

A clear improvement for entrepreneurs who had until now juggled between the three sites, with different contacts, usernames and passwords.

Especially since the site's messaging system will allow them to dialogue at the same time with the public services of Urssaf, Customs and Public Finance.
