Aroma Israel and Aroma Tel Aviv merge.
After the merger, the chain will have about 187 cafes in Israel - from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat.
The chain will operate as one unit under the name "Aroma Espresso Bar"

Aroma Aroma Israel and Tel Aviv announced the merger, which Einat Golan with Aroma Tel Aviv will become a shareholder in "Aroma Espresso Bar Israel Ltd." (Aroma Israel). After the merger, the network will include approximately -187 cafes in the country.
Beyond cafes activity Aroma Israel also operates a roasting plant, a bakery plant and a raw material plant.
The Aroma chain was established in 1994 by Yariv and Sahar Shefa. In 1999, the chain split into two separate companies, Aroma Israel and Aroma Tel Aviv. Aroma Israel, controlled by Yariv Shefa, operated in the rest of the country, and
in 2014 businessman Golan Einat completed the acquisition of full ownership of the Aroma Tel Aviv chain from Sahar Shefa.
