After being opposed to an end of refusal from the government in the spring, supermarkets will be able to sell self-tests for Covid-19, and this until the end of January.
Taken by surprise Tuesday morning by this turnaround of the executive, which until then had only granted this right to pharmacies, all are on a war footing to stock up.
"It will be complicated to offer massively by New Year's Eve, but we will gain momentum in January,"
says the spokesperson for one of the leaders in the sector.

Among the fastest, Leclerc plans to sell 300,000 to 400,000 of these medical devices in its stores by December 31.
The group of self-employed people is counting on stocks built up for its 140,000 employees and for associations.
As of Wednesday, two-thirds of its 726 stores should offer, probably in limited quantities, then all by the end of the week.
