LOCATION

: In the Poleg industrial area in Netanya, far from the high-tech concentration of Tel Aviv, Bright Data is located and the distance is reflected as soon as you enter the offices. The immediate feeling is that you have reached a kibbutz or commune, and not a kicking digital nerve center. The walls are painted in a soft cream color, they all have offices that can be closed with a door and the highlight - the dogs.

You could say that Bright Data is a great place to work for dogs and their owners, in that order. At least ten dogs roamed around the spacious kitchen as everyone ate lunch there, played together, barked a bit, each had a corner with a rug and the less sociable one was in a fenced area next to dad or mom.

200 workers are in Israel in two complexes close to each other in Netanya, the result of rapid growth, and another 150 are scattered around the world. The choice of the retired diamond city was informed, close enough to Tel Aviv, but also not far from Haifa and Hadera, so that workers from all over the center and north could get there relatively easily.

Coffee break

: The beating heart of society is, as mentioned, the kitchen. The dining area is built like a kibbutz, with long wooden tables and next to them a beige and green chair and huge round lampshades. At 12:45, as in the song "Food, come on, food" everyone leaves the rooms sitting together to eat what the chefs prepare. There are two of these, both Master Chef graduates, one of whom is called Little Haim Cohen and the other, my name is Apnier, and the smell of the lunch they serve is insane. We got to arrive on Sunday, the "Mills Sunday" and served a cabbage salad, a cucumber salad, eggplant with sun-dried tomatoes, yeast shells and lasagna.

The chefs also spread breakfasts there and those who want to grab something in between, can enter a kitchen painted in yellowish white, with large cabinets and drawers, and an island in white surrounded by high and upholstered chairs.

On the left there is a coffee corner with a coffee machine, pretzel, bottles, granola, dates, marshmallows and also waffles.

The closet has soup almonds, health snacks, tea, Vitmanichek and Nutella.

In a regular milk refrigerator, soy, oats and almonds, smoothie, eggplant salad, honeysuckle, chickpeas and large boxes with delicious leftovers. Everything in moderation, like at home.

CV

: You could easily have placed Gal in the Tel Aviv nightlife scene, with the sampled beard and tattoos, and not in vain. After serving as a paramedic in the army, he worked for several years in restaurants and bars and began studying medical engineering. Suitable for him to move to the work of "

greats" and

left the scene and the bar.

At night if need be.

Limor attended humanities high school, did regular military service, started studying economics and business administration and somehow rolled into IOL in a job as a Colbonic student who gave help to those who needed it. " "There was no HR position then, so I was told I would be a human resources manager,I was drawn to work and stopped studying.

"When they started the sale deal to Walla, I moved to Jango. Its founders, who later founded Bright Data, called on me to help recruit for a period. When NDS acquired Jango, they formed Hula and after a period "I switched to them, when the company numbered 13 people, and became HR. From Hula's product was born Lumeniti, which became Bright Data. In short, I have been with the same founders for 22 years in various incarnations."

It defines the role of HR, as a key role that comes to help the company reach its goal, a strategic figure who cares about the well-being of the employees who are the basis for the company's success. Her job includes, among other things, recruiting suitable employees, creating working conditions that will make the employee thrive, take care of conditions, administration, rent offices, give ongoing reports and organize large events.

Sharon's parents immigrated to Israel from France before she was born, and you can find remnants of an accent even though she was not born there.

In high school she expanded French and physics, and in the military she was exposed to the technological field and served as the manager of a computer network.

After six months in South America, she studied engineering, industry and management, and in her third year, a company told her that they were looking for employees at Bite Data, and she entered a QA student position.

After a year it moved to sales to small customers.

"I wanted to move to a position related to engineering and product, so I took on a lot of roles because I wanted to be seen. In May I started working on a new product."

For the soul

: It is impossible to avoid the cliché - Gal, as his name implies, is addicted to SAP. Working at Bright Data allows him to go out to sea for an hour while working and give another hour or two in the evening, and he is also a guitarist of the 70s.

Asi, his bitch, gets along less well with the rest, so she stays in his office during the day. Limor devotes every spare minute to her child and in the office she is considered a whisperer to dogs, even though she currently has no dog, having lost hers and has not recovered since. Sharon, the mother of Leo the Poodle next to her, is addicted to fitness. There is not a day that she does not train.

Corona

: Limor, the company's HR, says that moving to work from home was not problematic, because they have more than a hundred freelancers around the world and have no problem setting up a computer for someone in a short time.

"In the first closure, everyone was afraid, because there were people in high-tech who lowered their salaries, but not only did we not have any cuts, we continued to raise and gave raises and at the Zoom conference the CEO reassured and said that they continue as usual. It was a challenge to absorb new people.

Before I knew everyone, and all of a sudden when I work physically, they were nothing like their images so I did not recognize. "

Bright Data less reliable performances of artists, zoom and prefer to distribute tickets for shows frontal possible, but they sent workers home pizza, ice cream Gould basket with wine, Chocolates, on Passover everyone was asked to send a picture and they all made a cool collage. The insulators get an equal package of "Encouragement in isolation", laden with delicious things.

Added value

: When they changed the company name from Luminity to Bright Data, the marketing team worked around the clock and on Friday there was a procession of weekend delivery couriers to their homes with challah, delicious delicacies, sweets, cocktails and alcohol that they would not have to strain. the next night pampered chassis Max Brenner, and when one of the employees of the wave went above and beyond, they sent him on vacation with your partner.

"there is confidence and autonomy to work without sitting on your head and it's a lot more gifts and Tz'ofarim," says Sharon and hugs Leo wants Go out and play with friends in the dining area. "There's also a dog sitter here, a car spa for dogs comes here, showers and counts them, and returns with a bow tie and a slightly smelly perfume.

Every winter the dogs get a new rug, give them belts, collars, snacks, it contributes to the peace of mind that they are close to us. On Fridays you can buy strangers really cheaply and you always give something to share with the family. "

Limor and her staff strive for most of the gifts to be of value and purchased from nonprofits.

Because the chefs indulge every day in special and delicious food there is no tidy epic light, but on Thursdays they always give some extra tasty like geraniums and special cakes.

What to wear

: In the summer, flip flops and a tank top if you want.

Where do employees come from

: The company prefers that employees come to the office three times a week. Gal prefers to work from there and comes three-quarters of an hour in the direction of at least four times a week. Limor does not want her child to see her sitting at home, so she also comes as much as possible and Sharon just lives in KALB.

Salary

: Gal says he is better than what is accepted in the market, Sharon adds that everyone gets what he deserves according to the work he does. Limor: "The salary is very competitive. Most employees were given options and I got a few tens of thousands of dollars every time there was an exit. Those whose work can be measured work on commissions and bonuses. There is a discussion about the salary once a year and we adjust expectations. "

What next

: When Gal gets job offers and weighs them against what he has, he always comes to the conclusion that it's a shame to leave.

"I earn well, there is a mentor in the company who teaches, directs and accompanies me, so as long as I am challenged, there is no reason."

Limor is surprised time and time again by the new challenges, even though she is at the end of the third decade with the same founders.

"Sharon sets herself a goal to work a job or take on additional responsibilities each year to feel that she is realizing her potential, and that's happening here."
