The previous record dated from 2006 (12 billion euros).
In the end, net inflows (deposits minus withdrawals) exceeded two billion euros (2.3 billion euros) for the second consecutive month, which had not been seen for two years.
It reached 21 billion euros over the first eleven months of 2021.
