Target a minority of companies that do not play the game

", questioned this morning on the LCI set the Minister of Labor, Élisabeth Borne, reiterated the government's firmness in wanting to sanction companies that do not respect the obligations to telework when possible.

The recalcitrant risk an administrative fine.

If the nature of the sanction was known, its amount still had to be determined.

It will amount to "

1000 euros per non-compliant employee within the limit of 50,000 euros per company

", clarified the minister.

The latest forecast was for a higher amount.

According to Baptiste Talbot of the CGT, "

there was at one point a reference to an amount of 2,000 euros per employee, for similarity with other types of offense

".

A ceiling of 500,000 euros per company was considered for a time, but these amounts still had to be arbitrated.
