Gold prices today in the local market decreased by a thousand pounds per gram of 21 karat yesterday.
According to the bulletin issued by the Craftsmen Association for Crafting and Making Jewelery in Damascus today, a gram of 21 carat gold recorded a selling price of 178 thousand Syrian pounds and a purchase of 177,500 pounds, while the 18-carat gram selling price was 152572 thousand pounds and the purchase of 152072 pounds.
The association asked craftsmen to abide by the price issued by it, calling on citizens wishing to buy gold not to pay for it except according to the bulletin issued by it, and complaints can be submitted in the event of a violation via the numbers 2248005-0991937718.
