The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announced the allocation of a telephone number to communicate with breeders wishing to sell broilers to Syrian Trade.
The ministry explained in a statement that SANA received a copy of it that this measure aims to prevent the loss of breeders and to provide lower-priced broilers to citizens.
The ministry stated that broiler breeders in all governorates can call the number 0115161189, after which they will be contacted by the concerned Syrian branch of trade.
The Ministry of Internal Trade had allocated the same number to citrus farmers in Lattakia and Tartous wishing to sell their crop to Syria for trade, with whom the agricultural units did not communicate.
