The average net wage is higher than before the corona

The average net wage paid in the economy for December was NIS 7,339.73, a decrease of 0.1% compared to the average wage in December 2020, which was NIS 7,353.85.
The average net salary for March 2020 was NIS 6971.11.
On the other hand, the median net salary paid in the economy in December 2021 was NIS 5,891, a decrease of 1.02% compared to the median net salary paid in December 2020 and was NIS 5,952.
Despite this, in March 2020 the median wage was only NIS 5,193.

"The last quarter of 2021, when the number of wage earners increased by more than 233,000 Israelis in the last three months and the volume of wage payments increased by more than NIS 1.5 billion between September and December 2021."
