According to market estimates, the building, which has become a focal point for an alternative culture, when in addition to the Frequency Club and the successful restaurants, fairs of art, fashion and more are held in its yard, especially on weekends, worth hundreds of millions of shekels.
The "Properties and Building" company that owns the building yesterday issued an invitation to make offers to purchase the property.

At the same time, it was announced this morning that Shani, together with his friend and partner the director and businessman Shahar Segal, are planning to expand the layout of the fast food restaurants of the Hamznon chain as well as the prestigious "Salon" restaurants, which already have dozens of branches.
The move is a partnership of the two with real estate agent and hotelier Liran Weizmann, who is setting up a chain of hotels across Europe and will provide the spaces for the benefit of restaurants.
