Nightclubs will finally be able to reopen their doors from February 16.
This was announced by Jean Castex who was speaking on the restrictive measures to fight against the health crisis, this Thursday.

These measures will be eased in two stages. First on February 2 and then on February 16. On this date, “

, therefore indicated the Prime Minister. These establishments have been closed since the beginning of December. First announced for one month, this measure was extended on December 29 for three additional weeks.
Regarding the wearing of a mask in nightclubs,
“we will see if there is any or not.
It will depend on the epidemic situation when the nightclubs reopen.
We will not take unnecessary risks
,” said Olivier Véran.
“If we are a bit limited, perhaps we will ask to keep it for a few more days or a few weeks”,
added the Minister of Health.
The Prime Minister also clarified that consumption will again be permitted in stadiums, cinemas and on board transport.
Consumption standing up in bars will also be permitted.
