Starting a business is not enough.
It must then be developed to pass the milestone of sustainability at five years, which only 6 out of 10 pass.
It is with this in mind that Force Femmes, an association founded in 2005 by Anne Méaux (Image 7), Françoise Holder (Paul bakeries) and Véronique Morali (Webedia), created the Bloom program, intended for experienced women entrepreneurs over 40 year.
And this to help them gain perspective, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, take action and support change in their respective sectors.
Designed as an accelerator, the 2nd edition of Bloom by Force Femmes has just been launched with eleven leaders from all over France and from a wide variety of sectors.
"To undertake, you need a mix of courage and daring which requires being surrounded by a small team with which you exchange"
, justifies Anne Méaux.
